The apartment is south west facing and is fully air conditioned, the fully fitted kitchen is larger than normal and also has a small breakfast table and chairs. The extra large terrace has a table, chairs and sunbeds, there is access to the swimming pools via a gate.



The apartment is located in the popular beachfront front complex of Marina de la Duquesa which has four swimming pools, padel tennis courts, 24 hour security and underground parking. The complex is a short walk to the Duquesa's marina.

Amazing stay

Property was spotlessly clean and was even better than expected . Pictures don’t do it justice ! 2 min walk to the Marina and literally right on the beach. I have been to Ducquesa before and this is by far the best apartment and location I have stayed in with the family. Perfect ground floor property .. would absolutely recommend this property for its location, cleaniness and size .
Stayed 10 nights in May 2022
