Fantastic apartment, very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful holiday, it was spotlessly clean and a large sunny balcony with amazing views, right on the beach,the complex is lovely and peaceful and very well maintained,we have booked for next year. Was a pleasure to deal with Duquesa Estates everything was ready for our arrival, very nice staff also.

Wonderfully spacious apartment with all the kitchen equipment you could need. Wi-Fi was super to have. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is ideal right in the port, while it’s location looking out over the pool means it’s quiet at night. Couldn’t recommend this more

Excellent location. Good view of the sea. Quiet at night with no noise from the port. Air conditioning not that cold. Electricity kept cutting out as soon as hair dryer or kettle was switched on when air con was on No English TV channels

Position of the apartment is good for all amenities. Kitchen was good with all types of gadgets if you want to cook, We were staying for a month so cleaning and change of linen was once a week which was unusual for us as all the other places we have stayed (not associated with Duquesa Estates) for a month over the years said we had to clean and wash our linen ourselves. So, thank you for giving us a cleaner once a week, The cleaners did a great job too. We are looking forward to coming back, Already booked.

Location and view Showers not great, 1 in bathroom very hard to use and ensuite tough to turn on. I had to turn it on for my guest every time as she could not do it herself. May be it could be checked as I have it booked again for June. Thank you

Once I found my way around the maze that is Marina Real, everything about the apartment and location were perfect. Excellent personal service, over and above what I could have ever expected. I can't thank them enough for their support in what was for me a very difficult situation. A special mention to Ruben for sorting out so many problems. To Matilda for her help and finally to Tim and Vicki for their support and friendship that I will never forget and be forever grateful. I feel that basic toilet cleaning materials should be a given

Great Apartment, Great Views.

The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped. The views from the balcony were great, and the sun was on the balcony most of the day. Very well situated in the marina, near shops, bars and restaurants.
