Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler tüzlüydü. Oda genel olarak temizdi fakat inanılmaz gider kokusu vardı bunu bastırmak için de çok fazla oda parfümü kullanılmıştı ve bu da rahatsız ediciydi. En kötü tarafı ise kahvaltı. Her şeyiyle vasattı. Kahvaltılık malzemeler kalitesiz, lezzetsiz ve çeşitsizdi. Sadece peynir zeytin ve yumurta vererek kahvaltı dahil diyemezsiniz. Kahve makinesi vardı, yanında fincan yok, karton bardak koymuşlar. Kahvaltı teke kelimeyle çok kötüydü.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement,le personnel de l'accueil ainsi que le personnel de la restauration ainsi que le personnel de nettoyage était à nos petits soins. C'était un voyage très agréable. Je recommande vraiment et sincèrement cette établissement à tout les voyageurs qui désirent séjourné dans un hôtel à Manisa ainsi qu'à mon entourage.
