This five bedroom eclectic home on the Little Manistee River is nestled alongside the Manistee National Forest. This puts you within a mile of snowmobile trails, hunting and fishing. Trout and salmon run right past the property! You can fish from our dock as well as kayak and tube. Tippy Dam and Little Manistee Weir are 13 and 7 miles from the property. Caberfae Peaks Ski and Golf Resort 35 mi. away. Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort 34 mi. away. Multiple golf courses are within 15 miles and did I mention the fishing? Some of the best fishing in Michigan!

Unplug and relax at this spacious home. A well-equipped kitchen to prepare the fish you caught earlier, a steam shower upstairs to relax the muscles after hauling in the big catch of the day! If you prefer grilling, there is a gas grill on the back deck where you can relax and possibly catch a glimpse of otters, beaver, eagles, woodpeckers or other assortment of birds. A fire pit also provided to warm you on the chilly nights. For the "kid" in you or the competitive the upstairs has a regulation size pool table, a dart board, and a poker board with chips. You will also find a selection of board games and puzzles. Music enthusiasts will delight in the collection of classic CD’s playing over Bose speakers as well as the piano located in the living room. Little ones will enjoy watching VHS classic Disney movies. For those who just can't unplug, Internet provided and a small desk upstairs if you need to do some work and the large Samsung TV in the living room provides an assortment of news stations to keep you up to date along with TV shows/movies.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When stripping used beds, please leave the sheets and blankets at foot of bed. Used towels place in basket on top of washer.
Place dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher, no need to wash.
Outdoors: Ensure firepit is secure and not burning. Place seat cushions in the storage bin. Pick up any trash from outside and all trash cans emptied and bags put in dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
