Welcome to Paradise Palm, a house of peace, fun and relaxation. Nestled amongst the palms trees and tropical garden on the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie this is the perfect location to spend a few days or weeks sailing, skiing, swimming, paddling, boating, fishing and relaxing.

Paradise Palms is not just an ideal summer house, it's a fantastic base with plenty to do around the area from a trip to the Hunter Valley Wineries 50 minutes to the city of Newcastle & stroll along Darby Street for a spot for lunch or explore nearby Caves Beach & Catherine Hill Bay Beaches or simply unwind and enjoy an unplugged evening in with your family.

When you want a rest from playing in and on the biggest salt water lake in the Southern Hemisphere, you could have a picnic on the back lawn taking in the water views, enough lawn for the kids to run around the back yard, throw a fishing line off the Jetty or have a BBQ under the cabana on the water's edge.

Paradise Palms is well equipped for a great family holiday and is big enough to accommodate two families or an extended family.
It has a separate dining area close to the newly renovated kitchen and upto the next split level you will find the lounge room, upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king bed and off this bedroom there is a nook with another double bed with separate toilet, on the ground level you will find another 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 3 single beds along with the main bedroom.
Downstairs you will have access to the backyard and located downstairs is the laundry with a shower and toilet.

There is a fully functioning brand new kitchen with Smeg appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Electrolux Lavassa Coffee pod machine. Plastic ware for the kids and serving ware for entertaining is also included for use along with a pantry that has a selection of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap, foil and paper towel. The laundry has a washing machine with an iron and ironing board for guests to use.

All bathrooms have a limited supply of hand soap and toilet paper. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

Great location

House is spacious with beautiful lake view. However, a bit disappointed with they don’t provide enough toilet paper rolls, dishwasher tablets and rubbish bin bags. Overall we enjoyed our stays.

Pleasant

The house in pictures looks a lot better than in real life- it’s had a quick Reno with rough finishings. The house was clean though (bbq on the other hand hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time). The location is the best thing about this place - we spent the entire time sitting outside by the lake.
