A hidden gem on beautiful Lake Macquarie! You will find this house is clean, modern and spacious. The Lake house is located on the NSW Central Coast, only a 90 minute drive from Sydney. This is an amazing place for boating, fishing, kayaking or having a BBQ and drinks in the backyard after a day out on the water.

Walk out from the front door to see lake views with just a 1 minute walk to the end of the street to meet the shores of Lake Macquarie.

The moment you walk into The Lake house you will see that it has recently been renovated inside and is furnished to give that coastal feel. You'll find that it is spacious and is well equipped for a great family holiday, it is big enough to accommodate two small families or an extended family.. The home consists of a large living/dining area with an additional dining table in the kitchen area. 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom with additional toilet in the 3rd bedroom + laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is a fully functioning kitchen with appliances such as oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Plastic ware for the kids and serving ware for entertaining is also included for use along with a pantry that has a selection of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap, foil and paper towel.

Local shops are a short walk or a short drive to restaurants and clubs. Beautiful beaches and national parks are within 15 minutes.

It is very important to select the correct number of guests as this will determine how many beds to have made up.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
