This pretty typical brick and flint house, restored to prefectural standards (4 stars) by Claude and Pascal with the help of the General Council of Eure, will comfortably welcome you with family and friends. Built in lush greenery, this vast gîte, a charming, comfortable and warm old building, recently restored, will welcome you in a fully enclosed park of 9000 m2 with trees and flowers. There you will find a large private garden of 1500 m2, for calm, rest, leisure, relaxation and for the greatest pleasure of children a farmhouse occupied by geese, ducks, chickens, sheep and lambs. Children will be able to participate in the care of the animals. In this calm and preserved place, but without being isolated, the numerous openings of the building allow you to benefit from clarity and brightness, with a breathtaking view of the garden and animal park in all seasons. . The decoration full of charm and refinement will make you spend, summer and winter, (thanks to its panoramic wood stove) unforgettable and warm moments.

Excellent stay

This was a lovely property for our holiday with our two young children as well as my parents. The children loved the swings and see-saw at the front, and also going to see the sheep and chicken at the back. The location is lovely and really convenient having the supermarket only 5-10mins drive away. Pascal was great - met us on time at the property and showed us round, and gave us lots of local tips on places to visit. He was an excellent host.

Very enjoyable stay

Situated in a very rural and quiet location, but village with good restaurants and shops only about 3 kms away. The house is very homely and comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 1 child. Beds are comfortable and the house is well equipped. Situated about 10 kms from the coast, so a day at the beach is easy. Rouen is about 1 hour and the Normandy beaches are 1.5 hours away. Lots of outside space and plenty for children to explore. Pascal, the owner, very helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended.

A charming house in a beautiful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to families. We had two young children with us and they just loved the animals at the back and play equipment in the front garden. The animals really are a lovely bonus; you are even able to go into the enclosure with them which was wonderful! Honfleur is an easy drive away and is a beautiful town with a wide range of fantastic restaurants and quaint shops. Pascal was very helpful on arrival; giving us tips about places to visit, where to park in Honfleur and showing us around the property. Thank you for a lovely stay we hope to return again one day!

Séjour au calme pour un week-end , à proximité d Étretat, Honfleur et Deauville. En hiver, le logement serait plus adapté pour huit adultes au niveau des commodités et la superficie des pièces de vie. Propriétaire disponible qui sait rendre service.

Super séjour au calme

La maison était très propre et totalement adaptée à 8 personnes adultes pour un week-end paisible. Gros + pour l’environnement et notamment la proximité des animaux (brebis, oies, poules, coqs, etc.). Se réveiller face aux animaux était un vrai plaisir. Pascal était très accueillant, nous a donné plein de conseils et recommandations pour notre week-end (précieux). Un grand merci à Pascal et son équipe et nous y retournerons très certainement, notamment en famille. Idéal avec des enfants.

Mooi, niet schoon

Een prachtige plek, mooie ruimte om met kinderen naar toe te gaan, sfeervol ingericht. Let wel: als u een handdoekenpakket besteld, krijgt u er maar 1 per persoon voor14 dagen, op vraag aan eigenaar dat toch weinig was, was zijn antwoord dat er toch een wasmachine was. Het huis was op het sanitair en slaapkamers na, erg vies, voor het gebruik hebben we de hele beneden verdieping , inclusief serviesgoed schoongemaakt.

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt . Es liegt in schöner Umgebung auf dem Land . Die Kinder liebten die Tiere zum Anschauen und die Wiese mit Schaukel und Rutsche. zum Spielen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Auch das Haus hat uns gut gefallen.,bot gut Platz für die ganze Familie und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Pascal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns mit Informationen versorgt . Er war sehr entgegenkommend bei Ankunft und Abreise . Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen .

Agréable moment dans une maison familiale mais odeurs incommodantes

Agréable maison, idéalement située pour partager des moments en famille et entre amis. Il y a un jardin avec des jeux pour enfants, une petite ferme et le matériel pour faire un barbecue. La maison nécessite un nettoyage complet et une rénovation des canalisations ( odeurs constantes d'égouts, ce qui gâche considérablement le séjour. Heureusement que nous n'étions pas souvent à l'intérieur de la maison). Le propriétaire du gîte est vraiment top: très efficace, disponible et agréable.

Havre de paix ressourçant

Super séjour au calme pour se ressourcer. Le parc animalier a plu à tout le monde et c'est très agréable. Pascal est accueillant et ouvert au dialogue, on se sent vite à l'aise et "comme à la maison" dans ce gîte tout équipé.

Jolie séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. Rien à dire c'était juste agréablement calme comme nous le souhaitions. La présence des animaux dans la petite ferme était un ravissement surtout pour les enfants. Nous recommandons vivement, Pascal malgré son absence a pris le temps de demander de nos nouvelles le long du séjour. Très agréable personne.

pas pour temps pluvieux

maison exiguee par temps de pluie, evacuation de douche mal pensee qui inonde la salle de bain, remplacement de la machine a laver la vaiselle le deuxieme jour pour cause de panne, nuisance nocturne le WE pour cause de fete. Bien par beau temps pour les enfants. Proprietaire pas facile....

Séjour agréable entre Terre, mer et animaux

Nous étions deux couples avec très jeunes enfants (15 mois et 2 ans et demi). Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Les giboulées de mars ne nous ont pas empêchés de profiter de l'extérieur entre deux averses. Bottes et pantalon ciré de rigueur si vous voulez allez au milieu des animaux cependant. Ils sont suffisamment doux et familiesr pour pouvoir aller les nourrir avec des enfants. La maison est très agréable. Pensez à amener vos condiments et autres essentiels en cuisine notamment (café, sel, poivre...) tout le reste est fourni :ustensiles, four, barbecue.. Les plages sont à 20 minutes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci encore Pascal
