Es ist ein die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Hotelbar ist einladend.Das Frühstück war normaler Standart. Das Zimmer war überall fleckig - Vorhänge,Tür, WC-Brille. Der Teppichboden zeigte viele Fusseln,Fäden, Plastikreste und sogar einen spitzigen Metalldraht. Auf Reklamation an der Rezeption hat sich leider bis zur Abreise nichts getan! Am Samstag fand ein Marathonlauf statt. Alle umgebenden Strassen zum Hotel waren von ca 15:00 bis 22:00 gesperrt, auch der ÖV war nicht nutzbar. Wir wurden auf diese deutliche Einschränkung nicht hingewiesen und hatten keine Möglichkeit unseren Termin um 18:00 zu erreichen!

Check-In, ein Schlater offen, riesen Schlange. Frühstück mangelhaft, vor allem für diesen Preis. An der Bar wurde zweimal für das gleiche Getränk einkassiert! Trotz Quittung.

Ok, es ist Winter und es wird schnell dunkel. Viell. hat das meine Bewertung beeinflusst. Aber ich musste dort dauernd irgendein Pin/Passwort zur Wlan-Anmeldung eingeben. Die Schrift auf dem InfoBlatt war Grösse 5. Und in der Dusche war es glatt wie auf ner Schlittschuhbahn. Es ist gefährlich, dort zu duschen. Und dann waren auch noch Gebühren für einen Parkplatz fällig - ohne Dach. Es war ein etwas aufgehübschtes Regal zum schlafen.

Hotel in guter Lage

Pros: Gute Lage
Lage direkt am Luisenpark / Planetarium / Technoseum. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Personal freundlich. Zimmer sauber. Matratzen leider ungenügend!!! Flur/Gang (Teppichböden) sollten hin und wieder gereinigt werden ;-) Badezimmer sehr schön, sauber und hell.
