Fabulous breakfast (not included but worth it!). Modern, quiet and efficient air conditioning plus windows that open.

Pros: Die sehr zuvorkommende und zurückhaltende Art des Personals.
Ich war geschäftlich in Mannheim und war auf ein Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums inkl. Parkmöglichkeit angewiesen.

Ideal für einen Wochenendtrip: gut mit dem Auto erreichbar, mit eigener Tiefgarage, in Innenstadtnähe, dennoch ruhig. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

deception

L'hotel n'a pas repondu a mes attentes. Lors de ma 2eme nuit, l'accueil a laisse entrer a l'hotel a 5h00 du matin SANS AVERTISSEMENT DE CALME, un groupe de personnes saoules (garcons et filles) ayant des chambres sur le meme couloir et voisines de la mienne. Ces personnes etaient extremement bruyantes, etaient allongees dans le couloir et buvaient de l'alcool. CE QUI M'A REVEILLEE. Il a fallu mon intervention a 5h40 et mon appel a la reception pour qu'on vienne les faire taire et rentrer dans leurs chambres. JE N'AI PLUS PU ME RENDORMIR. Cette nuit m'a epuisee et cette fatigue a completement gache ma derniere journee de weekend a Mannheim. Le lendemain, aucune excuse reelle de la part du Mercure ne m'a ete fournie, ni un geste commercial ne m'a ete propose pour me dedommager du prejudice subi. Je suis tres decue de ce 1er sejour au Mercure et n'envisage pas d'y revenir dans mes prochains et reguliers voyages a Mannheim.
