Wir waren mit unseren Kids (4 und 6) für 10 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und können sie nur weiter empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist super schön hergerichtet (bodengleiche, große Dusche und Bad), schöne große Zimmer, riesige Fensterfront im Wohn-/Küchenbereich (da gab es gerade für die Kids viel zu bestaunen), super sauber und prima ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts und wir fohlten uns wohl. Die Angabe der Bundesstraße vorm Haus und der Bahngleise hinterm Haus fehlte uns leider in der Anzeige (daher auch ein Punkt Abzug), hat uns aber während des Aufenthaltes auch nicht gestört. Wir konnten dennoch super schlafen und hatten unsere Erholung und Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist zentral gut angebunden und man kommt relativ schnell zu allem Sehenswerten. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar wenn man etwas braucht

Einrichtung und Beschreibung der Lage ausbaufähig

Die Lage der "Residenz" wird nicht korrekt angegeben. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stark ausbaufähig und bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen müsse 2 auf Feldbetten schlafen, was nicht sehr bequem ist. Auch an der Küchenausstattung muss noch gearbeitet werden. Fön und Toaster erst auf Anfrage, aber dann prompt beigestellt. Geschirr musste auch nachgefragt werden. (nur 5 kleine Teller bei 6 Personen). Diverse Ausrüstungsgegenstände wie Weingläser, Eierbecher, Küchenschere, Kaffeemaschine (hätte man auch auf Anfrage bekommen) ... fehlten. Die Vermieter sind nett, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Der im Angebotstext aufgeführte Whirlpool war nicht zu finden. Auch der Aussenbereich war sehr klein und der angegebene Aussensitzplatz mit direktem Blick zur Strasse hat nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen. Nur das Wetter (11 Tage Sonnenschein) hat uns den Urlaub versüsst. Prinzipiell ist die Beschreibung des Objektes zu bearbeiten, denn je nach Anbieter sind völlig unterschiedliche Beschreibungen zu finden.
