Welcome to L'Escale, a cozy 35 m² air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment with a spacious 25 m² terrace, located in the heart of Manosque. Ideally situated in the heart of Provence, close to the Luberon, Aix-en-Provence, and the Verdon Gorges.
Perfect for a holiday or business stay, this accommodation combines modern comfort, a large outdoor space, and a strategic location close to shops and the region's must-see attractions.
This newly renovated 35 m² apartment, fully refurbished in April 2026, includes:
A living room with a single sofa bed (110 × 200 cm), a large TV, and direct access to the terrace.
A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (Vertuo capsules), kettle, toaster, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and all essential cooking equipment.
A dining area with a table for three guests.
A bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.
A large 25 m² terrace with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers.
Air conditioning.
No baby travel cot available.
Free Wi-Fi.
Household linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mat, and tea towels.
Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available to start your stay (welcome kit not replenished):
