The gîtes, with an area of 49 m², have two bedrooms. The first includes a double bed 160x200 cm and the second, a double bed 140x190 cm and a single bed 90x190.
In the rest of your accommodation, you will find a bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilets are independent. A hairdryer can be loaned to you on request.
In the beautiful living room, you will find a lounge area and an equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, crockery and utensils....
Security Deposit: Upon arrival, the owner requires a security deposit of 300 per gîte. After a joint inventory of the premises has been drawn up, this deposit will be returned, less the cost of restoring the premises if any damage is noted. A cleaning fee of 50 will also be charged. The tenant is responsible for all damages incurred as a result of their actions. They are required to have a standard holiday insurance policy for these various risks. We cannot be held liable for damage or theft of personal belongings in the accommodation, campsites, parking lot, or common areas. Smoking is prohibited in the chalets and the dining room.
