We had to change room due the awful conditions of the first room. The next room wasn't much better, toilet would only flush once, full of cobwebs, radiator did not work, bed was dirty, no pillow or mattress protectors and very uncomfortable. No toiletries provided. No towels, had to ask for them. People in other rooms were very loud at night keeping us awake! Staff were not really helpful. Breakfast was very poor, even got the order wrong. Parking was ok.

Faulty towers

Faulty towers. Doesn’t help a language barrier immediately. Toilet seat wasn’t commected. How did the cleaner not notice? Radiator and bathroom radiator didn’t work so room freezing. Bath cracked and mouldy as was shower head and shower didn’t work. On top of all this we were in a deep sleep and strangers let themselves in with a key they had been given and told this was there room. On a plus breakfast was ok

This "hotel" was nothing like it is advertised on your website. It was more like a bed and breakfast or boarding house. We were given a room with a double instead of a twin the television didnt work. Paper peeling off the ceiling and no info about the hotel or facilities in the room. And ir smelled awful. We left and did not stay even one night and we had booked two nights.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The staff immediately charged me an additional fee simply for checking in late, something that should have been handled with basic professionalism and courtesy. During my stay, while I was away attending my course, I received a call accusing me of not checking out, even though my reservation clearly extended until the following day. This demonstrates either gross incompetence or a complete disregard for guests. The staff were not only unapologetic but also consistently rude throughout the interaction. Their behavior reflects a lack of integrity and respect for customers. I would strongly advise against staying here, as this establishment seems more interested in exploiting guests than providing even the most basic standard of hospitality.

Pine lodge one night stay.

Our room felt a bit dated and small on first impressions. However it was cosy, warm and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was really friendly and the breakfast was good.

Pine Lodge - Mansfield

The most important thing for me is how clean the place is and the breakfast. Both ticked the boxes for me. Louanne not only cooks a superb breakfast but she is a lovely person. Fantastic value for money.

The hotel was clean although a bit dated. Breakfast was a fry up or not. There was a cereal option and toast. Would have been nice to have some fruit but hey ho it was ok. The bar was a bit hit and miss. I think they are missing a trick by not developing that side of things. I would stay there again

A peaceful and relaxing stay

We stayed in the suite and it was so beautiful we booked for an hour there night. Friendly and helpful staff and our room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was okay, but would've like to have seen a selection of mini cakes/biscuits and fresh fruits to the selection, just to give more of a variety and also some fresh juice in addition to the cordial, tea and coffee on offer. However an enjoyable and pleasant stay and would love to return.
