Sprawling 2 acres of countryside! Relax on the wraparound porch sipping your morning coffee or evening night cap. Hear the clip clop of horse and buggy as you rest in bed or on the porch . This house has old-time character with its hand hewn beams and floors that are not perfectly level. There’s a fully furnished kitchen with a bar table should you want to prepare any meals. Keep plenty of drinks cold in the full size refrigerator. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6. two extra folding chairs help to seat more Outside, there is plenty of space for the kids to run around and in the evening, enjoy a relaxing time around the fire pit. There is also plenty of parking spaces for truck and trailer. Located just minutes from shopping, restaurants, downtown Mansfield and area attractions such as Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Kingwood Center Gardens, Malabar Farm State Park, Snow Trails ski resort. There are outside security cameras but no cameras inside the house.

Kitchen trash may be bagged up and placed in the bin by the garage. Please no loose trash in the bin. Extra bags are in the cabinet next to the fridge
