A Joyful Sound is a beautifully furnished, canalfront townhome located in the Sextant Village subdivision of Pirate's Cove. The bright and airy great room features soaring ceilings and a two-story wall of west-facing windows for taking in the fabulous view. The living area leads directly onto a covered deck overlooking the canal and your very own private boat slip. Use the nearby public ramp and dock your vessel right behind the house!

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite with king bed opens up onto a private balcony for a stunning view - the perfect place for admiring sunsets or watching the fireworks on the 4th of July. Two additional bedrooms (including a second ensuite) and a loft space with twin bed will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Even your four-legged companions are welcome at this dog-friendly townhome.

Situated right on the canal, A Joyful Sound provides direct access to the boardwalk where you can take evening strolls throughout this world-class boating community. Nearby resort amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis, and volleyball court. The onsite restaurant Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar overlooks the marina and provides lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Wonderful Stay

This is a lovely home in a wonderful community. We enjoyed the pool and the gym and had a delicious meal at the Blue Water Grill right on the property. The house is comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for our week-long stay. The location was convenient to the beach and shopping as well as the other activities we enjoyed like jet skis. We actually loved that we were a little south of the busier areas. We would definitely stay here again!
