Sitting on the deck above massive Lanan Bay, you'll love the sweeping views of the water and trees! The home comes well equipped for your needs. Spend your evening relaxing and fishing off the well lit boat house, or soak up the sun relaxing on the ample deck overlooking the lake. It also has a shared boat ramp on property for your use. (Concrete ramp on hillside).

Great view! Hill is brutal if you are going up and down to dock alot . Beds very clean, floors clean , kitchen clean , outside area very clean. Pics look A little nicer than actual. Soft spot in dinning room floor that is a little sketchy. Mold, mildew upstairs in ac vents and on top bathroom doorframe. Needs dusting and cob webs removed in living room by Toledo bend picture and a few other areas. Caught alot of fish off dock. Better have 4 wheel drive when launching! Overall we had a great time! Host was very responsive and helpful!

Great Place

We stayed there for a fishing trip and the place is great. It's right on the water with a private dock and boat launch. It's in a quiet cove with little boat traffic. Highly recommend staying there

Perfect weekend

Our 2 families with teen/preteens stayed here for a relaxing long weekend. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was conveniently located on the lake and only a short drive to grocery/tackle store. The boat dock was nice, easy put in, and well maintained. Shaded patio was perfect with plenty of seating and breathtaking views. The host stocked the kitchen & laundry room with plenty of essentials. We hope to get back to Toledo Bend and would absolutely stay here again.

Y Knott Lodge was exceptionally nice. Upscale decor, great location with an expansive view of the lake. Communication was great. We really enjoyed our time at Y Knott.

Awesome home!

We absolutely loved this home! We come to Toledo Bend every year for a family vacation and this home was our pick this year. Everything was accessible and clean. If we needed anything they were always a call or text away. They even attempted to accommodate my family when the power went out due to the storm. Wonderful home. We look forward for booking next year!

Incredible views

The best thing about the property is the back porch area. The views of the lake are incredible. If you have a boat, the boat dock area is built well and protects your boat from harsh north wind and waves.

The perfect getaway spot!

This home was a gem. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of the lake. We were able to launch and dock our boats on the property where the fish were plentiful! The outdoor deck overlooking the lake was where we spent most of our time - we did not want to leave. Highly recommend booking.

Perfect view

The house with view was perfect for our stay. The private boat launch was the selling point for us. We enjoyed the pier and caught fish directly off of it. Boat slip for the boat was perfect when the lake got a little rough. Wound def recommend to family and friends.
