The hotel rates they charged us were not reflective of the rates on their website. We arrived at 3:00 PM and our room was not ready. It was not available until 5:20, and the staff refused to give us a discount for the hours we didn’t get to use the room. They automatically attached breakfast to our stay, even though we didn’t ask or really want it. The facilities were lackluster at best, with the toilet seat sliding off every time we sat on them and the view being of a Walmart parking lot.
