The description “hotel” is not accurate as this is a motel. The room door and window face out to Lougheed Hwy, which is a very busy street. The door is not full sealed and one can see underneath and through the side, which allows for the street noise to come straight into your room as well as the cold air. The front desk staff was very pleasant and check in/out was easy. However, given the noise, I would not stay there again, unfortunately

Room had no phone no clock lacked toilet paper and like products was scolded by staff for requesting toiletries, coffee mug had roach in it bed had dirty sheets and staff refused to change the sheets snd give new towels

The hotel was not at all like the pictures on Expedia. Also the bar and restaurant they promote "onsite" has been closed for month, yet the sign on the front of the building advising they are open . When i arrived, the lobby was locked up with a note on the door to ring the door camera, or actually phone. I should have realized it wasn't going to be a good experiece when the offer cash as a payment for the pre-authorization. The check in information was very went through with me, though they neglected to advise that you could leave with a full refund within 10 mins. I did not see this, until at least an hour after, as I checked in and needed to see someone. I called the front desk and advised that I wanted to leave. She was shocked and kept asking why, when she wanted more information then me saying I am not comfortable. I left without a refund and promise of my pre-auth returned. It has now been 4 days and I do not have the refund. Worst hotel I have ever been in. Would love someone from Expedia to contact me to discuss.

Parking was plentiful, well lit (around the front of the building, not so much around the back) and has security cameras. The room was clean with a comfy couch and bed and was very spacious. There is a good family style restaurant right next door and a gas station with a convenience store close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The room was left only partly renovated. There was a big gap under the door where mice could actually run in. Unfinished baseboards and flooring seams. The lobby door was kept locked to keep the drug addicts out. There was no overhead lights in the main room ,only one lamp.The smell of wood burning from outside came under the door.

Our stay was for 3 nights. Nothing spectacular, we were just looking for a place to lay our heads at the end of the day. Rooms were pretty clean but definitely could have been a bit cleaner, ie. bathroom wall was spic and span, a couple of dirty drops on the wall, tub grips were old and peeling up. Not your typical hotel in that no one was at the front desk, not a big deal. Waited a few minutes then called, didn't have to wait long for her to come out. Tiffany was very sweet and friendly. We did have to pay the full amount upon check in which I didn't mind at all. It made checking out that much easier in that all we had to do was leave the key cards in the room and sent a text to confirm checkout. I thought it was a great price for what you get. I would definitely stay here again. See you next spring!
