Sunny little heaven in Māpua

Located in a quiet street, this almost new house is 15 min walk to the iconic Māpua wharf with all its cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs.
All amenities provided in the village (4square,bakery, pharmacy)


The space:
Master bedroom with ensuite opens out on to the patio to enjoy the morning sun looking over to the distant mountains.
Living area also opens on to the patio catching the all day sun.
Well equipped kitchen.
The other 2 bedrooms are king single bed with a share bathroom that includes a bath. Separate toilet.
Garage includes a washing machine, table tennis & few weights for the gym.

Other things to note
Please note that our 2 lovely cats live on the property and might come inside . They will need to be fed (food provided).
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
