The Space:
Perfect location in the Polana neighborhood, on Julius Nyerere Avenue, this place is a traditional wood floor house, with large windows filling the space with natural light and with a stunning view to the Indian ocean. The feelings are cozy, warm, like home. There is a spacious living room with a dining table that seats 6, sofa and two Malawi chairs for lounging. Two double bedrooms and one room with two single beds. All rooms include built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and are equipped with towels and sheets, which are regularly changed.

There are two bathrooms. One is an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other is separate with bathtub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and there is also a breakfast bar for quick meals. There is also a spacious, sunny balcony over looking the Maputo bay.

Our housekeeper comes regularly to clean and take care of the house. The location is beyond great and safe. One of the most famous bakeries is located just across the road with fresh bread every day. Taxi rank and exchange house also close by. Looking for a restaurant? I believe the problem will be to choose which one! In this area you’ll be spoilt for choice between Mozambican, Portuguese, Indian, Thai, Italian and much more! This block has dozens of restaurants and coffees to try out. Option is not a problem! (Because this is really safe area you can walk everywhere, during day or night without any problem)

About 150m from the building, you’ll find Polana Shopping (opposite the famous Piri-piri restaurant) where you will find banks (ATMs), supermarket, hairdresser and several shops for all your needs.

Two minutes walking you will find Friedrich Engels Avenue. This is an ocean view avenue perfect for your morning or evening fitness time.

Interaction with Guests:
As much or as little as you like. A detailed analysis of the day's adventures or limited to semaphore and sign language -- you choose. Of course, ask us as many questions as you would like about what to see and do in Maputo (We love to talk about that!)
