Location

Villa Nemea is located on the hill overseeing the marvelous Genn'e Mari Bay. Approximately 350 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the supermarket.

Accommodation

The villa is a Mediterranean style home on different levels, with 2 double bedrooms and a room with a bigger bed and a smaller one. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. It has 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living/dining room inspired by Mediterranean sea colours.

Outside there are many different areas where to relax: the swimming pool area in front of the house, the spacious green garden, the dining area with typical stone barbecue and a romantic terrace on the upper part of the villa, where to enjoy the wonderful view of the bay and the stars at night.

Torre delle Stelle

Torre delle Stelle is a wonderful residential village on the Southern coast of Sardinia, 30 Km East from Cagliari. It is named after the Saracen tower on the top of the promontory between two marvellous sandy beaches, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa. With its fine white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, wild rocks and nature, Torre delle Stelle is a perfect escape plan from the city’s routine, a place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the Mediterranean nature.

Excellent first experience with Vrbo and Sardinia.

We had a lovely time at Villa Nemea. The Vrbo website made booking a little tricky as we wanted 6 days not 7 but Gloria was a great host and we got there in the end. The excellent communication with the host, Gloria, put my mind at ease booking through a new platform.The villa is traditional, a little rustic, but perfect for our adult family group. Having three shower rooms is fantastic for sharers. We loved the outdoor space, the table tennis and comfortable beds!The villa is in a stunning location, with fabulous views. Technically, you can walk to the beach, supermarket and a couple of restaurants, but in reality you do end up popping out in the car as it is hilly and hot! Visiting very early in the season (last week of May) the season was only just starting and the local beach club was not open, but the advantage was the roads were quiet and parking no problem. Sardinia is stunning. The water is amazing - it really is as blue as the pictures! We wouldn’t hesitate to book Villa Nemea or another property hosted by Gloria in the future.

Fantastic house in sputhern Sardegna

The house is very nice and comfortable. Very efficient usage of space. Kitchen utensils could be improved. Pool is nice and clean. Walking distance to two different beaches. A bit further away from other main attractions. Gloria was great.

Beautiful villa, great host!

Villa Nemea was excellent and as advised. Very peaceful and private. Lovely pool and lots of areas to sit out. Location was amazing. The local beach is beautiful and easy to get to. Many other great beaches within a 30min drive. We had a fantastic trip, would return again! Gloria was super helpful and responsive - a pleasure to deal with!

Fantastic Villa

The villa is in an envious location high up over looking the bay and sea. It’s mid size accommodation is great for up to six people. The pool and outside space are great too. The only one issue we had was with mosquitos. You have to take a lot of precautions if want to avoid the bites. There are steps outside the villa which are a shortcut down to the sea and local shops. Be very careful as they not maintained and a slip hazard. Overall a great villa in a great location.

Wonderful Week in a amazing Villa

6 of us spent a week in Gloria's stunning Villa Nemea. The property is lovely with amazing views and really nice pool. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and Gloria was very helpful and responsive throughout booking and stay. The beach is a short walk down 10-15 mins with a walk back up being fair amount of steps, this is the price to pay for lovely views. There is also a nice area for snorkelling again a short walk away (with steps again). Local shop has lot more than you would imagine and the beach has a small bar and boat rental. A great holiday - would definitely recommend.

The property was ideal - lovely views and the villa was extremely clean and tidy. Gloria (and her husband) was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The whole family enjoyed our two weeks in such a great location.

Sehr sehr schöne Villa mit allem Komfort

Toller Infinity Pool mit Blick über das am Meer gelegene Dorf und auf den schönen Sandstrand, großzügiges Haus mit Klimaanlage/Heizung in allen Räumen. Sehr ruhige und sicher erscheinende Nachbarschaft. Zwei sehr schöne Pärchen-Schlafzimmer und eines mit 120cm und 90cm breitem Bett. Küche voll ausgestattet. Sehr großer gemauerter Grill und Pizza-Ofen. Sehr nette Gloria, sogar total freundlich obwohl wir die Mülltonne aus versehen abgebrannt haben (die Versicherung hat sich gelohnt). 5 Fussminuten zu o.g.Strand. Es gibt keine Stereoanlage (braucht es auch nicht) - aber wer auf Musik Wert legt bringt sich nen Lautsprecher mit. Full HD TV mit drei hdmi-Eingängen inkl MHL Support. Zwei eingemauerte Safe's in Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder (Oktober ist super). Vielen Dank, D&F, T&K, F&P

Torre della Stella - villa Nemea

The house is lovely and Gloria, the local contact, couldn't do enough to help. We wanted a lazy holiday and that's exactly what we got. A house with a lovely view, a pool of its own and only a short distance to the beach (albeit it down and then back up a very steep hill - take some shoes to walk in - although you can drive). The beaches were lovely and the sea warm and very clear. If I had to be critical I'd pick on three things. (1) we'd looked for a place near a village that we could walk in to. In truth, this was a "village" of holiday homes and the only thing to walk to was a café and a couple of functional shops. It was enough, but it didn't have that seaside village feel to it. (2) the roads through the village are dirt tracks - very rutted, very bumpy and very dusty. You have to drive very slowly (sub walking pace) in places to avoid damaging the car. (3) We were happy to be lazy, but if we'd have wanted things to do, visit, look at there didn't seem to be much around. Those criticisms are picky though. A lovely place and Gloria was great.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla

Wir haben Anfang Juni 10 Tage in der Villa verbracht und unsere Erwartungen sind voll erfüllt worden. Die Villa, der Garten, der Pool und der Grillbereich sind perfekt ausgestattet und man fühlt sich einfach sofort wohl. alles ist umgeben mit weiteren Villen und den schönen Gärten. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden und auch Einkäufe zu erledigen. Der Strand in der Bucht von Torre Delle Stelle ist prima zu erreichen und einer von vielen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung. Auch die Restaurants in der Umgebung lohnen eine Erkundung. Wir können die Villa Nimea rundum weiterempfehlen und möchten uns nochmals bei Gloria, der Vermierin, ganz herzlich bedanken, die von der Buchung bis zur Abreise immer da war, wenn man eine Frage hatte und den Urlaub einfach perfekt abgerundet hat.

Wunderschöne sardische Villa mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Nemea, denn wir haben schon vor 9 Jahren das voll ausgestattete Haus, mit dem infinity Pool, der Aussendusche, dem Grillplatz und der schönen Dachterasse und den Blick auf die Bucht von Genn‘e Mari sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass Gloria weiterhin das Haus betreut, denn sie ist einfach mit Herz und Seele für Ihre Gäste da und beantwortet einfach alle Fragen und hat tolle Tips, auch am Abreisetag hat sie uns noch zu einem schönen Tag verholfen, da wir eine späte Abreise hatten. Jeder der einen entspannten Urlaub in unmittelbarer Nähe von wunderschönen Stränden und Ausflugszielen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Einfach buchen und genießen

Wunderbares erholsames Haus

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Nemea und hatten einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hauses ist erhöht und die Terrassen bieten einen fantastischen Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, der Pool war einfach das Highlight für unsere Kinder.

Villa....da sogno!!

La casa è molto curata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bellissimi gli esterni: immersi nella piscina, piccola ma carina, si può godere della magnifica vista su Torre delle Stelle. Ciliegina sulla torta: la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gloria e del suo staff <3 Decisamente consigliato...Grazie di tutto e alla prossima!! :)

Großartiges Zuhause für zwei Wochen

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern zwischen 15 und 17, hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Nemea. Der Support war toll, die Villa wurde zwischengereinigt, der Pool zweimal pro Woche gepflegt. Auf den verschiedenen Ebenen konnte man gemeinsame Zeit verbringen und sich auch wunderbar verteilen, wenn einem danach war. Die Klimaanlagen waren ebenfalls hilfreich. Besonders schön waren eine nicht einsehbare Außendusche und der Salzwasserpool. Glorias Support war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Wenn möglich, kommen wir jederzeit gerne wieder

Wunderbares Haus mit Pool und Aussicht

Ein wunderbarer Pool mit Hdyrolyse-Technik. Kein Chlor. Das Haus ist am Berghang gebaut und die Zimmer sind unterhalb des Wohnzimmers und dadurch sehr kühl (Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden). Viel Platz für 4-6 Gäste. Geschirr/Gläser eher nur für vier Gäste vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage. Drei schöne Stränd in der Nähe, Supermarkt und gute Restaurants.

Parfait !

Située dans une petite ville au sud-est de Cagliari, la maison dispose de 3 belles chambres, un grand salon et différents espaces extérieurs qui permettent de profiter de la belle saison tout au long de la journée. La piscine est très appréciable avec sa petite « plage ». Un grand merci à Gloria pour son accueil et ses conseils très précieux pour bien profiter de la région.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Nemea sehr genossen. Rund um das Haus finden sich unterschiedliche Terrassen, teilweise mit Meersicht. Der Pool bietet an heißen Tagen eine tolle Erfrischung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!
