Precisa melhorar bastante para ficar BOM

Hotel novo, muita acessibilidade, pessoal que atende no restaurante e bar bastante atenciosos, mesmo com o caos que o hotel estava. Acredito que eles devem ter 680 quartos (pois esse era o numero do meu) mas não tem estrutura para isso. Visto que é um hotel pé na areia, os hóspedes tem a intenção de usufruir da estrutura do hotel, mas é praticamente impossível. Café da manhã é praticamente uma festa open bar, de tanta gente se aglomerando. Tinha produto vencido, informei a funcionária, a providencia foi levar o produto para dentro e retornar com ele sem a data de vencimento. Tive problema com a falta de comunicação/instrução referente a meia pensão, acabei não jantando no hotel, sendo que eu efetuei o pagamento para isso. Para uma viagem de férias e comemoração de aniversário, fiquei muito DECEPCIONADA.

Adoramos a estadia

O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível, café da manhã excelente, comida muito boa e funcionários super educados. Em 02 pontos do hotel um bebedouro para nos abastecer com água, agora no quesito travesseiro, eles não disponibilizaram mais 01, disseram que é regra da casa. Mas a estadia foi muito boa!!

Um hotel que nem para dormir é agradável

O quarto deixa muito a desejar: Blackout nao funciona, não tinha sabonetes suficientes ( e a recepção nao leva no quarto) faltaram cobertas. Um dos quartos que reservei foram cancelados, mas isso não foi problema pois a gerente Sarah foi hiper atenciosa (Ela não merece trabalhar em um rede tão ruim). Liguei na recepção para saber se tinham canais abertos, onde me foi informado que " achavam que tinham" mas o pessoal que olha isso estava fora do hotel. Fiquei sem ver TV aberta.

Quarto amplo e confortável, atendimento dia colaboradores maravilhoso. Bom café da manhã E preciso acordar cedo para pegar lugar nas cadeiras frente mar Também entram muitos cachorros da rua. E as vezes alguns garotos da região pedindo dinheiro. O hotel precisa reavaliar essas situações.

Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã ótimo. O único ponto a mencionar é a limitação do tamanho do estacionamento que não atende plenamente a quantidade de apartamentos e o atendimento da recepção que deveria ser mais cortês por parte de todos os funcionários e não apenas das moças de cabelos compridos.
