The Space:

Welcome to Casa Cayo, a luxurious & modern vacation rental in the quiet Coco Plum neighborhood of Marathon! Enjoy open water views throughout this two-story home. The main level offers an open living space centered around the view plus 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds and a convenient full bath. Upstairs, there are two spacious master suites with soaring views and en-suite baths. This waterfront gem includes 50 ft of excellent deep-water dockage and a quick cruise out to the ocean, perfect for boating enthusiasts.



Enjoy 3 outdoor covered terraces, one for each floor (ground level, main level, and top floor). Casa Cayo hosts a large, luxurious pool and a poolside prep station with sink and storage. Plus Coco Plum Beach is located just 1 mile away!

Beautiful clean and comfortable home. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet location on the water with a large dock. Great pool and pool area. Close to many bars and restaurants. You will not be disappointed!

Overall, the home was great. Very clean, pool (and pool heater) was great and rental manager was excellent at communication. Check-in and checkout was fantastic. Appreciated the lady coming by and taking trash to the road. The mattresses, upstairs and down, were not comfortable. I’m sure the AC is set to automatically go back to a higher temp, but it was a little bit inconvenient to have keep turning it back down all the time. Probably easy to figure out how to adjust it but could not figure it out. The accessibility to the water for kayaks and paddle boards isn’t really feasible (high tide or low) given the height of the dock. You really need a floating dock if that’s legal, or a lower platform. Even with older kids getting the kayaks in and out was really difficult, especially with the ladder covered in barnacles. Lastly, not sure if you can do anything to realistically address this there is zero privacy between the neighboring properties on the porches and pool deck. The hedges help a bit but you might as well be in a condo. Not your fault but they really packed those houses in on that point. Please don’t take this as an indication that we did we did not have a nice stay because we did. Just things we noted and since you asked…

Excellent property! We enjoyed the pool and private dock. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and roomy. Plenty of gathering and private spaces for our group of 7.
