The open floor plan welcomes socializing between the fully-equipped kitchen boasting granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, dining area with seating for six and the spacious living area featuring lavish Island furnishings and a 65-inch, flat-screen smart TV. Whether accommodating family, friends or clients; three bedrooms and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa keep larger parties from feeling cramped during their stay. However you may plan to spend your days here in the Florida Keys, wake up to mornings well spent with a coffee (mimosas too) on the covered patio and/or balcony where the plentiful ocean breezes will keep you cool and comfortable, and a dazzling view of the Gulf of Mexico will certainly take your breath away.
Pet-friendly accommodations: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $255.00 applies; no more than one pet up to 50 lbs. is permitted.
An assigned slip space for a boat up to 31' (length overall) is included with this rental home. A public launch ramp is open 24/7 at Mile Marker 54, which is only one mile north from Indigo Reef. $25 Launch/$25 Retrieval fee applies. Trailer parking is available at Moose Lodge, just outside the gated entrance to Indigo Reef ($20.00/night, reservation required).
