This unit is on an elevated 3rd floor (4th floor in reality) and is directly on the Ocean. (There is an elevator in the building) The views are breathtaking and the sunrises are fantastic! You will be creating lifelong memories with the people that you love. We own 2 units in this building and both of them are clean, updated, and beautiful. We had a great vacation at this condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sun rise as well as our walks along the beach. The condo has a great location and we were able to explore the Keys from the Upper Keys down to Key West.

Beautiful condo in a nice area of the Keys, plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The views of the open Ocean from the balcony were simply terrific. Todd was a great communicator and provided many options for dining in the area, everyone we went to was really good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Quiet Oceanfront Condo

The spot is wonderful. Waking up every morning to the view of the water is something we all got used to. The pool was right on the water and Todd’s recommendations for restaurants was spot on. We plan on returning in the future!

Book this now!! It's a beautiful, spacious home with a million dollar view. It's so peaceful. You have your own pool, beach, kayaks and did I say it's RELAXING!! Just a short drive to The Keys and back to serenity. We will be returning!

This Unit is awesome with stunning views!

We loved our stay at Coco Plum beach in Unit 3D. The condo is exactly as described and the views are actually more stunning in person. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area, gave great tips and were very communicative. Bikes, kayak, snorkel gear, chairs, fishing rods, seriously a fantastic very quite unit and beach! We had an awesome spring break!

What a view!

To wake up each morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean is truly priceless! The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect keys getaway. The building even had a nice heated pool. It’s very centrally located. We went to Key West for a day, Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. I highly recommend staying on Marathon…so many good restaurants! Todd is wonderful to work with!

Amazing Condo and Gorgeous Views

Everything about this vacation was easy and above our expectations! From booking to checking in to enjoying our week, this place was amazing!
