Gorgeous canal front property located in Duck Key. This fabulous home has 3 bedrooms 3 baths and garage. Sleeps 8 persons comfortable.
Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms and two baths, gourmet kitchen, dinning, family room, laundry room plus a large deck perfect for outdoor entertaining. Downstairs is a large studio with a King size bed, full bath and a kitchenette.
Immaculate grounds; the patio has a full outside kitchen with a gazebo that has a fireplace and a large TV plus a large heated pool. This property is located on a deep water crystal clear canal, desirable for any kind of boating, fishing, or water activities of your choice. There is room for boats up to 60 feet with 95 foot seawall. Parking is available for your boat trailer and motor home. Located on the property is a fish cleaning station as well as a bait freezer.

The neighborhood is on the ocean side giving you quick access to offshore, the reef or a little island hopping. There is a marina with boat and jetski rentals as well as charter boats.

Perfect Snow Bird Retreat!

March was a perfect time to be in the Keys! We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Ester on Duck Key. The property was just as shown in the listing. Jose greeted me when I arrived and personally walked me through the property explaining everything. My sister and I enjoyed floating in the beautiful heated pool everyday. The house is perfectly situated so there is always sunshine or shade available in the back yard and pool area. My sister is a ☀️ person and I’m a shade person, so this was perfect for us. We also loved hanging out on the balcony waving at the boats 🛥️ coming and going on the canal. This would be perfect for anyone who wanted to bring their boat, with quick access to the ocean driving under the historic Duck Key bridge. We also had some of our children visit at different times during the month, so the guest studio apartment was an awesome place for them to have their own space and bathroom. Marathon Key is a quick drive to get anything you might need with restaurants and grocery stores. You must go to Conch Custard for ice cream! Additionally, sunrise and sunset walks and/or bike rides at the Seven Mile bridge is an awesome way to enjoy the views and get some exercise. Villa Ester is situated at about the mid-point between Key Largo and Key West which also makes it a perfect place enjoy day trips exploring all the Florida Keys have to offer. Jose and his wife were awesome hosts and their home a peaceful oasis of ☀️ and 🌴’s!

Paradise found!

We rented this beautiful home for a month. Plenty of space for our group. Large back yard & we enjoyed grilling & the outside seating & tv. The pool was very nice. It stayed warm because of the summer sun. We brought our boat and enjoyed fishing, lobstering, diving & cruising. Jose was a great host & responsive to our questions & needs. Hope to stay in this paradise again!
