THE SPACE:
- Sleeps 6, with a queen sized guest bedroom, king sized master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
- Each bedroom has their own en suite full bathroom. There is also a half bath conveniently located on the second floor in between the living room and dining area.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils, plates, bakeware and cookware. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. Kitchen has a starter kit of dish soap, paper towels and trash bags.
- Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset from any of the four balconies. Balconies off the master bedroom and living room overlook the marina and are the perfect place to relax with a cold beverage and enjoy a beautiful sunset. The balconies off the dining area and guest bedroom look to the east and are great for watching the sunrise
- Condo comes fully equipped with bath linens, beach towels (6), shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Smart TV (use your Netflix, Disney+, etc. account) with Xfinity HD TV in the living room and Free High-Speed WIFI throughout. Board games and DVD player also provided so that the whole family stays entertained.
- Washer/ Dryer (detergent/ fabric softener not provided) inside the unit.
- Bait Freezer and locking storage closet for your fishing rods and beach chairs/umbrellas.
- 40ft Boat Slip may be available with prior approval – please inquire prior to booking
- NO SMOKING or PETS ALLOWED.
-For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are at front door and rear entrance. These cameras are in place to monitor entry points only and help ensure a secure, worry-free stay. They do not face any private or interior spaces, and your privacy is always respected.
-Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.

The property is located within minutes from kids and family friendly activities. Visit the Dolphin Research Center where you reserve a spot to swim, pet or train dolphins. Visit Turtle Hospital to feed and learn about our wild sea turtles. Want to swim in a giant reef, feed sharks and stingrays? Then, Aquarium Encounters is the perfect place, voted the Best Place to Take the Kids for five years in a row.
Marathon Air Museum located at the Marathon Airport is a cool spot to see some great plane models. Enjoy a flight simulator and watch private planes land and take off.

Marathon is an amazing fishing destination! Great selection of boat rentals, fishing charters, snorkeling tours, kayak rentals in Marathon all within minutes of the property.

Coco Plum beach is the closest to the property, natural beach perfect for a morning or afternoon walk. Due to shallow water the beach is a perfect spot for kite boarders on windy days.

Great selection of local dining, waterfront entertainment and live music at nearby restaurants. Make sure to try Sparky’s Landing for waterfront dinning and live music. Keys Fisheries for their World Famous Lobster Reuben and Island Fish Company for some delicious breakfast or sunset views.

Enjoy a day trip to Key West visit a great selection of local museum, walk down Duval Street, take a photo at the Southernmost Point, Visit Hemmingway House or the Little White House. Enjoy delicious food at any of the local restaurants.
