Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove sheets from the bed and leave them neatly on top of the bed. Place all used towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
Empty any remaining water from the coffee maker. Take out the kitchen trash and place it in the trash bins on the first floor. Wash and return all dishes to their original places.

Owned by boat owners, for boaters! This place was a perfect fit and housed everything we needed for vacationing down with our boat for our honeymoon. From trailer parking, perfect dock, power, water, and ice. Truly is a great fit for someone trying to come down to visit with their boat. House was super clean with everything that we needed for week in paradise. Super central location close to everything that you need. Irina was extremely helpful with local suggestions and responds quick. We look forward to coming back down in the future years as we love Marathon!

The house was clean! The kitchen is the most well equipped I’ve ever had the pleasure of using! The grill was well maintained and had an extra tank of gas. The heated pool was lovely! The house is just one mile from Publix making it convenient to walk and grab groceries. The beach is also within walking distance. Our host was very quick to answer any questions and tackled any issue. 5 stars would stay here again!!
