This place was a dream!! So unique, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and quiet. Wish we stayed longer. Can’t wait to go back. I didn’t realize how close it was to the beach and the grocery store and we loved the bonus of free bicycles to ride with the family.

Stayed 9 nights. Location very convenient but noisy with business traffic and construction neighborhood development around property, heavy machinery and landscaping companies heard before 630am most days. Quiet at night. Wifi in half of the boat didnt work all of the stay despite raising issue on 2nd day of stay. Bikes are poorly maintained and not really useful, flat tires and rusted out. BBQs are also poorly maintained, we used them most nights but cooked on foil. Beach club offered is not walkable and you need to drive, the hot tub wasnt working when we visited specifically to use it after a few days paddleboarding. Launching off the boat was great. Canal is dirty, jelly fish and parasite ridden. Beds were comfortable. Didnt use loft or sofa bed. Water was hot and pressure was decent.

So many times, we rent just a "place to sleep" because we are gone all day exploring. Our Aqua Lodge at Yacht Haven was a perfect place to hang out! It rained one night and we sat out on the patio and listened to it rain. We saw manatees pop up, fish jump, and pelicans and other sea birds hunting. Jolena was helpful and friendly. Our unit was immaculate. We were sad to leave after three nights.

There’s nothing better than waking up in the morning with that view. We stayed for 5 nights and even the 1 day it rained, we could still appreciate the tranquility. The icing on the cake was the free use of the kayaks, bikes and fishing roads 👌. Downside was unfortunately the cockerel’s. They drove me nuts on occasions but I guess it’s something you just have to embrace when visiting the Keys.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Clean and quiet. The house boats are amazing with little decks on the back. Perfect for couples or families looking for peace and quiet and quaint. If you’re looking to party move on, they don’t need you there lol. Seriously perfect place to relax and if you like to fish it has a great dock.

Great location to visit Bahia Honda and Key West. We were 3 adults so thankfully we had nice weather to use table/chairs on deck otherwise to eat inside would have been tight. Couch was narrow. TV options was limited-we brought our Box but WiFi did not support using-used hot spot off phone. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Cons first: ac ubits were loud but effective. Our house boat needed some minor repairs, cracks in floor, etc. Internet didnt work they didnt know how to fix it. Couch was uncomfortable. There is a little bit of a swamy smell outside. Pros: nice location, on the water, stable didnt not move much/rocking. Perfect size for 2 people. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. Bikes and kayaks on site to use. Plenty of towels. Staff was pleasant. Grocery srore is literally right next door. Some reastaurants and liquor store also within walking distance. Fyis: this is a house boat so temper expectations for showers and toilets. Its a marine head so water pressure is minimal, water heater is small and may need multiple flushes with toilet. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was comfy and did what we needed it to do. It was a unique experience and would consider staying there again.
