(on 1st fl.), TV, beds made, towels provided, included final cleaning. Shared grounds, private area with garden furniture, parking. Shared heated swimming pool (8x3.5 m) from may to september. Surface area : 128 m². TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Canal du Midi (locks), Béziers (cathedral, féria in august), Oppidum d'Enserune, AOC vineyards (St Chinian), near Aude department (Narbonne...).
