A Grade II listed building, you step in through the large front door, with original Edwardian stained glass, and as soon as you turn into the main living area your eyes are immediately drawn to the view!

The living room has comfortable sofas (including sofa bed), and a vintage Wine tasting table, with chairs in the bay window. French doors open out on to your own little courtyard garden.

There’s a Samsung TV with HD Sky box providing Sky Sports and Netflix should you tire of gazing at the sea and sky! We also provide a Bose bluetooth sound speaker.

Ocean Villa I is on the ground floor of the building, but please note there are a couple of small steps up to the entrance.

Our fully equipped dine-in kitchen is centre of the apartment and still offers the glorious view through the floor-ceiling bay fronted french doors/windows.

Our kitchen includes a large table seating up to 6, with built in Neff oven and hob meaning you can cook with ease. Including a built in fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, full range of saucepans, frying pans, casserole dishes, Kitchen Aid utensils and more are available along with a dishwasher to help with clearing up afterwards!

Our kitchen also has a Bosch washing machine and a separate Bosch tumble dryer for all those sandy clothes!

Of course, you could just pop across the road and eat in one of the fantastic restaurants in Marazion or have take-away fish and chips …..

Left from the entrance hallway is the gorgeous master bed with an ultra comfortable super-king bed. Boasting a hand made headboard with matching bed-side tables.

A vast Edwardian mahogany wardrobe stores your clothes and there are under-bed drawers for the overflow.

Opening out of the bedroom is your en-suite bathroom, with a large walk-in shower. There is plenty of hot water and luxurious large bottles of Cole & Lewis products.

One bedroom, two bathrooms (the second bathroom has a tub and was fitted in March 2023). Sleeping up to 4 (+infant - no cot supplied). The luxury lounge sofa bed accommodates up to 2 additional guests, upon request.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
