The living area offers space to gather and unwind, while the backyard invites you outside for fresh air and a casual BBQ. Stay connected with WiFi, set up at the laptop-friendly workspace when needed, and keep packing light with the in-home washer and dryer. Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles makes arrival simple—there’s even room for a boat trailer.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Boat trailer parking is available. The detached carport is not available for guest use. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
• Security cameras: This home has two exterior cameras—one at the front door monitoring the front walkway, and one on the storage garage in the back (no guest access) monitoring that area. Cameras do not face any interior spaces.
• Fireplace/woodstove: The living room fireplace is decorative only. Bedroom 2 has a woodstove; firewood is not provided.
• Local environment: This is Hill Country—bugs and scorpions can be present despite regular professional pest control.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
