The view of the lake from the property was awesome as well as the pool area. Staff were informative and friendly and the lobby area is nice. Rooms could definitely use an update and there was some wear and tear. Beds were comfortable. The construction of the new hotel next door made it very inconvenient to access the lake park and it was quite noisy during the day. Although the hotel itself was peaceful during the night. The breakfast was lacking in variety and cold but worked in a pinch. Would stay again for the views and convenience to downtown as it is walking distance. Price was reasonable.

We loved this hotel and will be back! From the large parking lot to the friendly staff, gorgeous view off the lobby deck, and convenient location, we felt we got a great value! We were in Marble Falls for a meeting, so our crowd had several rooms and all were pleased.

This was the second time I have stayed here - the previous time it was a Hampton Inn. I enjoy the motorcyle rides in the area. I love that it is right on the river. Even if you have a city view room, you can enjoy the balcony off the lobby or the view from the pool deck. It's great that there are 2 restaurants on the same property - Chili's and a grill. The Blue Bonnet Cafe just a couple of blocks up the street is really good. Their pies are to die for. There is quite a bit of traffic through Marble Falls. Note that from 1st street you can only turn right onto Hwy 281. I forgot that a couple of times and had to cross the river and find a place to turn around. To go left (north) on 281, turn left out of the hotel parking lot, then right on Ave H and right on 2nd street, which has a light at 281.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom door would not stay open and sink drain was a little slow. Peggy at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast attendent was pleasant. Parking was good. Did not use laundry.
