This studio is a luxury tiny home with a big character-boasting a well appointed interior,upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes Briarcliff community Lake Travis water front boat launch. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin.

This will be your one of a kind Hill adventure in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

Whether your a festival goer, first time tourist, outdoor enthusiast, or Austin local, this Lake Travis Studio will treat you to a worry free retreat, from the busy city.

Indoor living:
Flat Screen smart TV, Linens and towels, combo washer and dryer, Full kitchen with refrigerator-coffee maker-4 burner stove with oven- dishware and flatware, Bluetooth speaker, Toiletries, cell phone and tablet charges for I-phone and Android. King bed downstairs memory foam and a queen and full memory foam mattress upstairs.

Outdoor living:
Seating for 4, outdoor firepit, hill side view, Lake Access 1/4 mile away.
The home is surrounded by trees and is very private. Parking for two cars and have a 220 50 amp Car Charging spot.

Dogs are ok up to two. Pet fee of 25.00 will be billed to clean pet hair. No cats or other animals. No smoking allowed in unit. $200 fee if smoking inside the unit.
