Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Store the Pickleball paddles, basketball, pump, Cornhole bags (blue & red), and Jenga blocks in the storage box on the covered patio, right by the BBQ area where you found them when you arrived.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Golf team overnighter

New Year's Couple's Getaway

We wanted a short vacation before heading back to work and this was the perfect house. Super clean and the shower deserves its own zip code. The host was very communicative, responsive, and friendly. There was an HEB right down the road for all our grocery needs and all the shopping and restaurants were a few minutes drive. On one of the evenings we decided to go out and got rideshares. We were told that we might have trouble getting back. We didn't, but ultimately it wouldn't have mattered as the house is under a 30 minute walk from downtown. The master bed was very cozy and the neighbors were friendly as well. Overall, this was our best experience with a rental home and would definitely go back if visiting the area.

Peaceful Getaway Close to All the Fun

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes away from all the great things Marble Falls has to offer. The host was very responsive and professional. Overall, very happy with our stay.
