Large 4 bedroom, 3 full bath year-round house with covered front porch, back deck, yard and back patio. Just up from the nature trail and steps away from the aquatic center, wellness center, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Enjoy all that Lakeside has to offer and then come home to your tranquil and spacious house. You’ll love the huge first floor master with king bed, futon couch, tv area, and its own full bathroom. The living room is spacious with lots of seating, vaulted ceiling, large flat screen TV, electric fireplace and an extra table for games and puzzles. The kitchen is beautiful with quartz countertops and has all that you need, including a dishwasher. An elegant dining room opens to both the kitchen and living room. The main level also has another full bathroom, office, and laundry room with utility sink. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. Two have a queen bed, and the third has both a queen bed, as well as a twin bed. The third full bathroom is spacious with double sinks and Jacuzzi tub. The front porch has beautiful cushioned wicker furniture and the back patio has lots of seating, table with umbrella, 2 firepits (wood and gas), hammock and 2 grills (gas & charcoal).
