Welcome to 322 Vine Avenue! This impeccably maintained and updated cottage features five bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Located between the lake and the pool, with room for up to 16 guests, this home is the perfect place for families to gather in the center of Lakeside.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 (each with a queen bed) and one full bath are on the first floor. Upstairs the bedrooms all connect. Bedroom 3 has a children’s play area, twin bed, and queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, double bed, twin bed, and twin trundle. Bedroom 5, a sleeping porch, contains two double beds. Another full bathroom finishes off the upstairs.

Window air-conditioners and thermostat-controlled baseboard heating are in each bedroom, the living room, and the dining room for fully zoned comfort. Wifi is available too.

Family and friends will love to gather in the large living room with flat screen television. Cooks will enjoy the large, updated, and cheery kitchen with a coffee bar (both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker), dishwasher, and two refrigerators. The large dining room has space for all. A full-sized washer and dryer are tucked neatly into a laundry area.

Screened porches grace both front and back. Front porch features a swing and ample wicker seating. Back porch features a tv area with sofa and chairs and another dining table. A basketball hoop plus a large gas grill complete the back. Off-street parking for up to three cars.

Just two short blocks down the hill to the lakefront walking path or two short blocks up the hill to the pool.
