Great spot in Marburg

The property was conveniently located to all of the action in the Oberstadt. The apartment was as described and was perfect for 2 people.

Das Apartment entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung der Annonce. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und wir fanden die Räume sehr sauber vor.Jedoch war die Küchenausstattung äußerst minimalistisch: 4 Teller, 4 Gläser/Tassen und entsprechend 4 Messer, Gabeln, Löffel, die Nutzung der vorhandenen Spülmaschine erübrigte sich daher.Das Haus insgesamt befindet sich in einem sehr maroden Zustand, die einsehbaren Räume im Erdgeschoss gleichen einer Ruine, eine Geräusch- bzw. Schalldämmung existiert nicht, so dass eine gegenseitige Belästigung der unterschiedlichen Bewohner unvermeidlich war. Im derzeitigen Zustand ist das Haus nach unserer Meinung lediglich durch eine Partei zu nutzen.Den Mietpreis von insgesamt ca. 130,--/Tag empfanden wir im Nachhinein mehr als teuer und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis als das schlechteste, das wir je vorfanden.Noch eine Bemerkung zu folgendem Satz der Wohnungsbeschreibung: "Vor dem Haus steht gelegentlich (sofern frei!) direkt an der Reitgasse ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung."Bei Anreise war dieser Parkplatz frei; der Glaube an die Richtigkeit der o.a. Feststellung brachte ein Knöllchen von 40,-- mit sich. Wir mussten feststellen, dass für die gesamte Oberstadt, zu der auch die Reitgasse gehört, eine Zone mit eingeschränktem Halteverbot (sprich Parkverbot) gilt.

Kleines Apartment in der Oberstadt

Wenn man durch die Haustür geht, ahnt man nicht, welch ein hübsch eingerichtetes Apartment sich dort in dem Fachwerkhaus verbirgt. Für zwei Leute mit Gepäck und Hund wird es allerdings eng, zu zweit frühstücken in der Wohnung geht nur, wenn man etwas räumt. Aber der Balkon ist prima, die Altstadt sowie die Lahn sind zu Fuß in 4 min erreichbar und trotzdem schläft man ruhig, da die Wohnung nach hinten raus geht.
