Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with showers, and a separate WC. The kitchen and the living area are equipped with air conditioning. Outside, you will find two spacious terraces – one of which is covered and offers a barbecue as well as outdoor-dining facilities. The upper floor of the house is neither rented out nor occupied.


Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
