The house offers 110 m² on a 1,100 m² plot. The 37 m² living-dining room features a fireplace, 55" satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning (1 triple, 1 double):
- Bedroom 1: 15 m², 1 double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m) and 1 single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m).
- Bedroom 2: 12 m², 1 double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m).
A cot and high chair for babies are available. The bathroom has a shower and mosquito screens on the windows.
