We are located in the locality of Marmi, located in a strategic position, a short distance from the characteristic hamlet of Procchio and the famous town of Marina di Campo. Surrounded by greenery, away from the confusion of town centres, it is ideal for those who want a totally relaxing holiday but close to the main services. Both locations are very touristy and nice to spend a pleasant evening strolling through the local shops.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the two famous sandy beaches equipped with establishments, bars, restaurants and rentals. The beach of Procchio is only 2km away, while that of Marina di Campo is 3.5km away.
THE SPACE
Ground floor two-room apartment sleeps 3. It has an independent entrance, living room with kitchenette. Double room. Bedroom with single bed with access from the double bedroom. Small terrace overlooking the villages of San Piero, Sant'Ilario and Marina di Campo. Bathroom with bathtub. Equipped outdoor area.
