The strong point of this structure is certainly its slightly hilly position, a few hundred meters from the sea, where you can enjoy its large outdoor spaces at 360° in safety and harmony. A stretch of coast is a true open-air museum! A golden beach equipped with all services, with clear, crystalline water, and cliffs smoothed by the sea that create natural pools making the setting almost heavenly!

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Intimate and completely fenced location, with large outdoor spaces. The property is located on a mezzanine floor (on the ground floor there is a second apartment which is used by the owners) and is accessed from a large equipped terrace overlooking the sea . The house is arranged entirely on one floor, the entrance consists of a small living area with a French sofa bed and TV, dining room with kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with two joinable single beds. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is completed by a large garden, equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and outdoor shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 30.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
