Obtained from a typical and ancient country house, inside an old farm, "Casa Vacanze Vigna Maria" is located in the western part of the Island of Elba, in one of the most characteristic, uncontaminated and genuine areas of the island : on the borders of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in a hilly area above Sant'Andrea, overlooking a lush valley that extends to the sea below from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a view of the Corsica and Capraia Islands.

The structure takes its name from Mrs. Maria, matriarch of the family who manages it and is still responsible for the always warm welcome to customers, as well as the historic vineyard that stretches sheer above the valley.

The valley is still cared for and cultivated by the property with the typical crops of Elba, strictly in an organic way, which customers can stock up on daily: wine, fruit, citrus fruits and vegetables of various kinds, including the famous and equally rare "Zanca onion", Slow Food presidium.

Our Holiday House has completely renovated and independent apartments that have a capacity of 2 to 5 beds.
They are furnished and equipped with one or two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, eat-in kitchen, TV and WIFI. Some apartments also have a private terrace, but all of them still offer a splendid view of the valley below, the sea and the legendary sunset, which can also be enjoyed from the Solarium where sunbeds and armchairs for reading are available to all customers.

The structure has a private car / motorbike parking available to customers.
Pets are always welcome.

Weekly stays are preferred for stays.

Prices vary according to the period and capacity and range from a daily minimum of Euro 50 to a maximum of Euro 150 per apartment.

From the house it is possible to take walks with direct routes up to the suggestive cliffs below, overlooking the "Scogli delle Formiche" and the Capraia Island, where you can enjoy an uncontaminated sea, in complete tranquility away from the typical tourist flows.
In the nearest beach of Sant'Andrea (1 km), moreover, you can take advantage of a bathing establishment, diving or rubber dinghy rental, while guided trekking and mountain bike excursions are organized in the area.

It is otherwise possible, in a few minutes by car, to reach any beach of the famous "Costa del Sole" (Patresi, Chiessi, Pomonte, Seccheto, Fetovaia, Cavoli).

Décevant pour le prix

Malgré une réservation précoce, on nous a attribué un appartement au RDC, en plein passage, donc aucune intimité. Fenêtres des chambres directement sur la rue avec passage et arrêt, toutes les nuits, du camion poubelles et B&B, en face, très bruyant. Pas d'eau chaude durant une semaine sur les 15 jours loués, quelques excuses mais aucun geste commercial. Obligation d'un véhicule car commerces, activités et restaurants éloignés. Responsable inexistant sauf aux remises des clés, heureusement sa maman est charmante. WIFI occasionnel, faible et réseau non sécurisé.l Accès à la mer difficile et très abrupte. Appartement propre mais électricité vétuste.

Un angolo di paradiso... Vista mozzafiato, tranquillità, accoglienza, massima disponibilità. Consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente in un nostro prossimo soggiorno all'Elba.
