The apartment is located in the center of Marciana Marina, one of the most tourist and renowned locations on the island, a picturesque center overlooking the sea, full of shops, fish trattorias and haute cuisine restaurants, bars and pubs animated by numerous events during the summer period (for example the wonderful musical fireworks on August 12th when Saint Clare of Assisi is celebrated). Our little house overlooks the final part of the seafront, the best position because it is slightly more secluded compared to the initial and central part of the passage, with a wonderful view that opens onto the port and the Gulf of Marciana Marina, as well as being a few dozen meters from the Feniccia and Feniccetta beaches. It is the smallest municipality on the island but the most fascinating, our little house fits perfectly into a context of incredible charm, where the joy and liveliness of a small fishing village where the sea is breathed and lived is evoked and defends himself.

Here you can enjoy an aperitif or have lunch and dinner thanks to the wattle covering which, in terms of charm, truly has no equal and which will give you exceptional emotions at every moment. During the summer the area becomes a restricted traffic zone in the evening, to park your car outside the pedestrian area there are paid and unpaid car parks available. Perfect base for those who experience the sea by boat and decide to stop at the tourist port of Marciana Marina, an apartment suspended over the port, capable of leaving an indelible memory.

Quite comfortable because it is located on the first floor of a small house overlooking the seafront. Internally it offers 58 m2 plus uncovered areas and consists of a living room with a relaxation area and a window overlooking the sea where there is a double sofa bed and TV. Double bedroom with city view. Bathroom with shower and bidet. The central spiral staircase to the room will take you up to the roof of the house, where there is a large terrace overlooking the sea.
Just a few steps away you can reach Feniccia and Feniccetta, beach and cliff at the same time, incredible bays of granite stones smoothed by the sea with fresh and crystalline waters equipped with establishments, at the foot of the Saracen Tower, where you can admire one of the most exciting sunsets on the island .

- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
