The Villa with warm and welcoming colors is located a few steps from the center of Marciana Marina, the tourist resort par excellence in the summer months on the island.

It develops entirely on one raised ground floor. It has exclusive ownership of a planted garden and flowerbeds with succulents, equipped with garden furniture and a table for eating outside, a parking space inside the property which is completely fenced and closed by a gate. Internally, a large living area is available to guests, consisting of a bright lounge with sofas (including one double bed), fireplace and TV; dining room and large, well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a double bedroom with 3rd bed in the room and a second master double bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. As open air spaces you will be spoiled for choice: in addition to the large garden, a courtyard equipped with BBQ and a small terrace at the back of the property with exit from the kitchen.

- large TV in the living room, fridge with freezer, gas burners, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, double bathroom, paid air conditioning, hairdryer

- parking space inside the property, equipped courtyard, small terrace, BBQ, large exclusive garden

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of Young People under 23 are not allowed
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- air conditioning on request, for a fee, €7 per day to be paid upon delivery of the keys
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure.
