The villa is spread over two floors: the ground floor houses the living area consisting of a spacious living room with sofa and TV, dining room, kitchen equipped with everything you need, including an induction hob and an antique-style worktop. Two French doors allow direct access to the outside giving a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden and giving the living room a wonderful natural light. The terracotta flooring and exposed beams harmoniously match the warm shades of the walls; each room of the villa is characterized by a different shade capable of giving a sense of welcome and intimacy. Also on the ground floor there is a large double bedroom characterized by an antique wrought iron bed and period furniture. The room has a private bathroom with shower. A characteristic staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and, adjacent, a room for single use perfect for hosting a child not far from parents. It is possible to access the first floor directly from an external staircase with direct access to the bedroom; this guarantees guests greater independence and privacy and the possibility of dividing the sleeping area located on the first floor from the double bedroom on the ground floor. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access are available for guests. The garden houses the swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers and a dining area for outdoor dining on warm summer evenings. The villa is located a few minutes from the typical towns of Foiano della Chiana and Monte San Savino. A few minutes by car you can reach Cortona, famous and splendid Etruscan city, known for its beauty, history and excellent food.
