Just 25km from Arezzo and 1.5km from the nearest town with some shops and restaurants, this extensive property offers large gardens for children to run around in, in a private and quiet area.

On the ground floor we have the kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge), living room with fireplace and satellite TV, one double bedroom that is suitable for disabled, bathroom with shower suitable for disabled with washing machine, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bathtub.
