Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Make sure there is only 1 used towel per guest dirty as well as bed sheets and blanket.
Two sets of keys should be left hanged on the entry door and one guest parking pass

We had a wonderful month long stay at this property. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We especially enjoyed the water views from the large balcony and sitting on the dock watching the dolphins. The owners were very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it!
