ENJOY INCREDIBLE WEATHER and RELAXING ATMOSPHERE in our NEWLY BUILT VACATION HOME with all NEW FURNISHINGS centrally located on Marco Island just minutes' drive from beaches. Open floor plan with plank tile throughout, quartz counter tops in kitchen and breakfast bar, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need for cooking on your vacation. The kitchen overlooks the living area so all guests can feel included even if cooking a meal.
The master bedroom boasts a comfy king-size bed and French doors that lead to the lanai and pool. The large, en suite bath includes dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. The opposite wing of our home has two guest bedrooms with queen size beds and share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Outdoor space is amazing with a heated pool and spill over spa. Enjoy grilling on the Weber grill and eat outdoors on the screened in lanai! If you prefer white sandy beaches, we have beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, wave boards and sand toys. We also have four adult bikes if you feel like exploring the island or biking to the beach.

Fabulous

House itself is beautiful. Sufficiently equipped with all the amenities you'd need (except for instapot, lol, which would be a nice addition at some point). The pool and hot tub were lovely and convenient after days at the beach. Bikes were awesome. We took several rides around the neighborhoods and to eat etc. BEDS WERE AMAZING! i should have led with that. I slept better at this house than in my own bed. Nice quiet neighborhood across the street from a school. We met the neighbors and they were delightful. Really great stay and we hope to return!
