This gorgeous waterfront property has been in our family for 25 years. It's a true gem. The dock has been newly built with a marina tower that has access to electricity and water. The canal dock, which gives access to the ocean, is 154 feet with the ability to dock a boat or watercraft. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath house will accommodate 8 people comfortably. It is perfect for a family vacation as it is located within a short distance to the beach, close to restaurants and many shops. It has a modern open floor plan with a spacious family room, dining room, living room, large kitchen, and breakfast area, perfect for relaxing and catching a glimpse of a manatee or dolphin. The dcor is contemporary and comfortable. It has 2 master suites, one with a queen-size bed and the other a king-size bed, both with walk-in showers. Another bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has full-size bunk beds to accommodate children, all with large closets. The 3rd bath has a bathtub. Three bedrooms have TVs with blue-ray players. This property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a two-car garage. It has a screened-in pool that overlooks the canal and a nice-sized patio with plenty of seating and a gas BBQ. Small, non-shedding dogs allowed with $250 refundable pet deposit.

Family vacation

Pool was unusable for the entire week. Property manager gave us a credit for that. We had picked this property knowing that with little kids we would use the pool more than the beach. Very disappointing. Many of the outlets didn’t work and the beds were not super comfortable according to the adults that were with us. We personally wouldn’t stay here again. Also the property manager didn’t teply. Apparently she had been out sick! Guess I would have a backup plan for that!!
